- A ticket is required for everyone entering the theater including infants. Some events may not allow young children.
- Cameras and recording devices of any kind are prohibited. Pagers, watch alarms, and cellular phones must be turned off during the performance.
- Event Parking fees apply. Discount parking books for the Hult Center garage and Parcade are available from the Ticket Office.

- The venues open one hour before the performance.
